Be the definitive source for something. Generalists don’t win here. - Answer questions, don’t just sell.
ChatGPT loves helpful content. Educational pages with natural Q&A structure perform incredibly well. - Use structured data
Schema markup helps AI understand your content—and recommend it. - Publish under a brand (or person) with authority
Whether it’s a personal brand like mine or a trusted company name, credibility matters. - Have a presence in multiple trusted sources
Think: local directories, Wikipedia, news articles, LinkedIn. AI looks for consistent signals. - Clean up your content footprint
Remove fluff. Simplify your messaging. AI pulls from clarity, not complexity. - Keep your site fast and mobile-friendly
Performance is indirectly tied to how often your content is referenced by AI. - Get reviews—real ones
Especially on Google, but also elsewhere. It builds trust both with users and with algorithms. - Use FAQs strategically
AI tools love the structure of questions followed by direct, conversational answers. - Update content with intent
Don’t just add fluff for “freshness.” Make sure updates add new insight or clarity.
